We ship USPS First Class to keep prices as low as possible. We only ship eBay orders on Wednesday and Fridays. Should your order become lost or delayed in transit we will make every effort to resolve it with the carrier. We have to give them time however to complete there search. Our policy is to give them 14 days and on the 15th day of no scan activity we will contact you to see what you would like to do. RETURNS
All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Refunds are less the cost of the originally purchased shipping. Any item that is returned after 45 days will have a 20% restocking fee applied. BACKORDERS
All of our inventory is available both on eBay and in person in our retail store so during busy times this can get the inventory off some. We do our best to keep these numbers updated but with over 1000 listings its near impossible to achieve 100% accuracy.
