I acquired this Pioneer RT-707 at an estate sale along with several other vintage stereo pieces. I do not have much knowledge on this item, and I don’t know how to use it. I have tested it for power, and it does power on. I can see and hear it quietly spinning the metal wheel to the bottom left of the right wheel. I do not know what that wheel does, or if it is any indication of a working machine. There are two wheels with black rubber on the bottom of the machine, the one on the left spins pretty loosely, and the one on the right requires more effort to turn by hand, but it does spin. The machine is dusty/dirty, and the metal case shows the beginning signs of surface rust. This machine must have sat in storage for some time, and it would benefit from a thorough cleaning. The two wheels were on the machine already, and I don’t know what (if any) content may be stored on the cassette. Due to my lack of knowledge on this machine, it is being sold as is, for parts or repair. It is possible that it works as it should and that I am just ignorant on how to test it fully. Please ask if there are any questions you may have or if you’d like me to inspect anything particular about the machine. I will ship within two business days via FedEx or UPS ground.
