Vintage Wards Sport King by Bronson Model 22 Levelwind Casting Reel
Here is a Wards Sport King Model 22 level wind casting reel, made by Bronson. The model 22 is one of the few Bronson-made reels that contained an anti-back-lash feature, similar to reels made for South Bend by Shakespeare. The reel is in good condition for its age - but does show some wear in the way of some light rubs and some corrosion to the chromium finish (see pics). The level wind, anti-back-lash feature and clicker work well.
