In good, solid condition with scuffs and small scratches consistent with normal use.  Exactly as I found it.  Will need a good cleaning and oiling. I ship only in the U.S.  Buyer pays USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE (Standard/Economy) postage. I am sorry but Pricetronic requires sellers to provide tracking so postage for small items is sometimes higher than it would be if tracking was not required.
