Vintage Shakespeare Cirrus CR 025 Spinning Reel - Works But Does Not

I got this “Vintage Shakespeare Cirrus CR 025 Spinning Reel” from an estate I Bought . It was in a box with other Fishing Related Stuff. In my opinion... It seems to work OK.  Turn the handle and the reel spins easily in both directions. *"BUT" PLEASE NOTE: When you flip the On/Off Lever it doesn't make any difference. I think the Reel is supposed to Click in the "on" position... And it does NOT. This is not my expertise.  Maybe it's not supposed to click. I don't know so you will need to be the expert here as to whether this is a defect, or not and whether you can use it or not.. If you are not pleased with it, you may return it to me within 30 days for a full purchase price refund. Stock# 9-9-22-11A location is in Fishing BIN
