This reel is “gummed up”. It still spins but not smoothly. It needs a good cleaning, ie wd-40, oil, etc. The reel seat is missing a chunk but it doesn’t affect its attachment to a rod. The bail snaps crisp and this should be an awesome reel once it’s serviced.
