Vintage Penn SURFMASTER No 200 Fishing Reel Made In USA

It definitely needs a little sprucing. When I spin the real, it gets a little clunky. I can't really describe it accurately. It's almost like it is getting stuck on something. It may need to have a little TLC. I am not an expert on fishing reels. Other than that, it seems good to go.
