Vintage Mitchell Baitcasting Reel – Looks GOOD/WORKS WELL – USED Up for sale is a Mitchell in good working condition with normal wear from normal to lite use. I purchased this reel with many other Mitchell Baitcasting reels that needed to be repaired. This reel is durable, tough, and responsive. The spool release works properly, the flipping switch works well, the reel cast and retrieves line properly, the drag works well, the anti-reverse function works correctly, and the cast control knobs work well. This is a very good working reel that has a strong retrieve and a comfortable handle grip. This reel has scratches and wear marks and a crack on the white cover and on the bottom edge of the reel, other than those issues, it looks and works well.
