This is a vintage 16mm Reelane 10 1/2" take up reel.
The take up reel has "Reelane, New York, NY USA" on it. It has markings from 100 to 800 feet film capacity. Aside from some scratches the reel appears to be very clean. The case is a 16mm movie 10 5/8" metal case.
The metal case has no brand name on it and it has a few masking tape marks and scratches on the outside.
These items were used to hold family movies from the 1950's and were always stored in a dry inside cabinet until very recently.
