Penn 113H Special 4/0 Senator With Complete Newell Kit Made In The USA.
The 113H was part of the first high-speed big game series in Penn's repertoire and were branded "Special Senators." The 'Light' versions first appeared in tackle shops in the early 80s and were produced until 1995. Most Penn reels today are made in China. This reel has been serviced by the best Reel Service Tech in Orange County, California. He installed  Carbon Drags and re-greased every moving part with the appropriate grease thickness required. I added the complete Newell Kit, the e-lever and the handle & knob.  There is noticable boat rash on this reel in various places, but it's got a decent freespool, a nice loud clicker, and it's in great working order.

This 113H has some very nice upgrades and a top-notch service. The Newell Kit makes this reel lighter than the original stock HL model. This reel works better now than when it was brand new.
