Please study the photos and use them for the description of condition. It looks sold, the buttons work, the battery didn’t appear swollen and I didn’t notice corrosion, BUT I didn’t remove the battery so there may be some underneath it. The tape looks like it’s ready to go.
Amazingly: it comes with the power adapter Z114. But after looking at the plug I decided to let someone else have all the fun of using it.
But if you would like a nice project that looks like it may be a quick fix, here it is! Or, put it in a watergate museum. Who knows the stories this recorder could tell.
