Cuts a huge swath of grass in a hurry, commercial style golf course type mower. I bought it for the engine; I thought I needed to replace the engine in my bobcat but it turned out that I didn't, so I now have a very nice mower that I don't need. Perfect for a large yard or if you happen to own a golf course... The seat is weathered and cracked, other than that it is in very good condition.
