This is a very rare 1964 reel to reel tape from Capitol records that was never released of The Beatles. All of the albums from The Beatles from Capitol were released afterwards on tape except this one. Reason unknown? All the reel tapes sound good sound quality. From Master tapes. This is non-returnable item. Brand new and never played. Free shipping only in USA.
FROM BUYER QUESTIONS ASKED: Thanks for your comment. If I open the tape to view the reel it would possibly lose value. The reel looks just like other capitol reels and it is clear. At one time I owned the complete Capitol collection which I sold here on ebay and all the reels were clear. It also included the original Hard Days Night from United Artist which was a black reel. Anyway, I knew someone who worked at Hollywood capitol tower back in the 70's. The reels hit the stores sometimes in the seventies. They had, If I remember 6 promotional copies of Something New. I manage to get one of those. Capitol released all the albums except this one. I wanted to wait a while before selling it. Capitol used the master tapes. Yes the case is with blue sides cardboard. Thanks.
