Teac X-700r Reel To Reel Tape Player Recorder

I am selling my Teac-x-700r that I currently still have working in my office. Unit was re-built 2 years ago by me.
Unit was:
Completely cleaned and re-lubed
Recapped
Aligned
Tape tension verified
Led lights installed
Foam tension arm bumpers replaced
WOW/Flutter checked and within tolerance.
Output levels verified and adjusted
BIAS levels aligned
Includes original manual And the take up reel!
Will be double boxed for shipping via Fedex to USA only.
Tape path will be cleaned and demagnetized before shipping.
Unit works good, great audio. Used it to record and play.
Minor issue, the left VU meter LED will sometimes flicker. The DBS switch will sometimes stick. Wasn’t worth breaking unit apart to fix these 2 minor issues.
Sold as-is due to age with no warranty.
Security stickers installed to prevent fraud (part swapping).
This is literally a plug and play unit, no work needed unless you want to fix the 2 issues listed above.
The price is pretty much set to recover cost of parts and labor i put into this making it work. Ebay fees are ridiculous as well. It was my personal machine but I’m not using it much anymore so I am letting it go. I have all the tools needed to repair and align reel to reels. This is not my first or last reel to reel restoration.
