This has been sitting in storage for at least 25 years untouched. These are my observations. Plugged unit in power on meter lights turn on. Fast forward was responsive and worked fine. Rewind was responsive and worked fine. I pushed play and the capstans ever so slightly moved then stopped , no other functions were tested . They will come with the reels as shown. You must fully expect this item needs to be serviced now or in the near future. I gave it a bit of a wipe down, but it could still use a good thorough cleaning. I have shipped high end, turntables and amplifiers all over the world with nothing but success. I package my vintage electronics very carefully with plenty of plastic wrap, bubble wrap, foam, etc. etc. lower 48 states shipping only. Please allow several days before this item will ship as it will need to be packaged properly for safe delivery. Your patience is appreciated . For those members that have made it a habit in purchasing vintage electronics, then attempting to get partial refunds, I can assure you, this will not happen under any circumstance. as you can see in large, my feedback is excellent, but I do have a few negatives.
