***PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE PURCHASING!*** For sale is a TEAC A-3300S 4 track 10.5 inch Reel to Reel tape deck recorder. It is in very good condition albeit with scuffs, as shown. Refer to pics. It has been tested, serviced, calibrated and the heads were cleaned and demagnetized for the best sound ever. The mic inputs were tested and they work as well as the other inputs. It has a new drive belt installed, as well. The pots and switches were sprayed and the metal parts were lubed as well. Both channels are clear and superb sounding as well. The belts and caps were checked and they’re good. All the functions work and the VU Meters light up and jump like they are supposed to. The sound when recording at 3 3/4 IPS is very clear and better and wider sounding than the Source recording from, depending on the type of tape used and better at 7 1/2 IPS . The heads are also in very good shape which is obviously why the quality is awesome as well. Pictured reels are my personal set for testing, for demonstration purposes only and NOT INCLUDED. Use BUY IT NOW and get a set of the TEAC TZ 612 hub adapters. This is ONLY if purchased at the full buy it now price (due to dwindling supplies). They are priced accordingly based on the quality, the amount of time and money invested into restoring and testing them to ensure they arrive working like they are supposed to, cosmetics, based on how much I've seen them sell for based on research, and how much I've sold these for in the past, and a good amount of these decks ARE NOT CHEAP. I have a stellar selling record on both Pricetronic AND Reverb.com (you can check for yourself) and plenty of happy customers and business from all over the world! I go the extra mile to assist all of my customers if they have questions or if something unexpectedly goes wrong to ensure they have a great purchasing experience here and on Reverb. As a seller of nearly 20 years, time is money and I would like to reserve it for serious customers! You can see this is my livelihood and it's how I pay the bills and put food on the table. What many people DO NOT realize is that DJZ Vintage Audio is essentially self-managed. In addition to the hard work put into restoring and testing these units, as well as hunting down the parts needed for such restorations, I do all the listings, take all the pictures, spend at least 15-30 minutes filming demo videos of each deck for listings, 15-30 minutes filming pre-shipment video tutorials so the customer has proof the deck left my place in working order and 30-45 minutes or more packing these decks for safe shipment. Yes, I actually have to buy all the packing material (bubblewrap, boxes, dense foam blocks, etc...) Furthermore, I take pictures of my packing so the customer has proof the deck was packed properly when it left here (not something many sellers do). With all of this work, comes a lot stress. These are the many reasons a great working tape deck is NOT cheap, so Just a little food for thought. You will notice the reel to reel listings on here are only a fraction of what I currently have listed for sale at Reverb.com also under the name DJZ Vintage Audio, and some of these reel to reels will ONLY be listed at my Reverb.com store. You will also notice the prices are higher on here than on Reverb. That is because the selling fees here on Pricetronic are outrageous (9% plus ad fees) and have made it next to impossible to negotiate but so much on the price compared to Reverb fees only being 5%, hence the reason the prices are lower on there and can be negotiated more easily, so it is a win-win for both myself and the buyer! You can see I mostly sell parts and smaller items here on Pricetronic as a result of the fees. All decks are cleaned, adjusted, serviced, and rigorously tested before they are listed to ensure they work properly. I have attempted to describe, as accurately as possible the description of every tape deck, including the cosmetic issues and any other issues that I may find and take plenty of clear pictures so you see exactly what you get. If there are any issues, please send me an EBAY MEMBER TO MEMBER message and I will work with you in anyway that I can to resolve them! DO NOT open an Pricetronic Return Request! That should only be reserved as a last resort for sellers who are unresponsive and unwilling to work with buyers if something happens, but in this case, I am always willing to work with the buyer!
