Teac A-1250 Stereo reel to reel, powers on, no power cord, no

Teac A-1250 Stereo reel to reel , no power cord. In working condition but no playback or recording. The heads do not lower to perform these functions. I tested playback by passing a reel's tape up where the heads are and they work and transmit sound but don’t lower with the buttons and levers on the machine. Some wear and markings from storage. Excellent vintage item for parts or possibly an easy fix.   Get it now before it is gone, last one! :)
