Tdk L-1800 Audua 7" Reel Tapes, Lot Of 2, Clean, Recorded, Orig Reels

This listing is for a pair of TDK L-1800 length Audua formulation 1/4" width audio tape on 7" reels. The reels are the orginal TDK in original TDK boxes. One thing that was distinctive to reel tapes of later formulation release, like these, is that they were usually only used once or very few times to record from vinyl or FM source, not played often, either. Because of the cost and care required to record and to care for the equipment, the typical reel tape enthusiast was a serious, knowlegeable, careful user.
The tapes have no musty smell to them, tape is not curled, and they had been properly stored upright in boxes on edge. One tape has its original leader attached. I am not the orginal owner, but I was a user of this same formulation tape in the mid-to-late 1970s with excellent performance on my Pioneer RT-1011L.
