This is one of some custom spools for classic Ambassadeur reels made by Simon Shimomura. Original ABU Ambassadeur 6500 spool number is 4587. This spool works both for 6500 Brown, and 6500 Red. I gave part number of #4587 SS for this spool for my original production of 6500 custom reels during 2005 ~ 2017. This construction is so strong and I have never received any claims.
