This is a used reel and shows typical signs of use and age. Does work as it should, the plastic is yellowed and there are scratches and scuffs. Nothing that will effect performance. My guess is that this one has see some salt water fishing, everything metal exposed has rust on it, just cosmetic issues.
The centering feature for the bail sometimes misses, when you have it in your hand you will know what I am talking about.
