-Condition is as seen in photos. Item is pre owned in used condition. The reel has a few scuffs and scratches from use but is in overall nice condition. Comes spooled with line, I do not know the specs of the line (not sure if the sticker on the spool is current). The functions of the reel have been tested and are working.
