ROBERTS 771X Reel to Reel,No Sound Out of Left Channel.Works but NEEDS

Sold for repair or parts. I was able to record but it did not sound good. It taped over the polka music without removing all the polka music.
Left speaker or section that says left does not seem to work. This would be a good unit for someone knowledgeable in reel-to-reel repair
It seems to only play two of the tracks, although it could be the tape.
This reel 2 reel was more complicated then the average reel 2 reel I am used to. So I am not sure what functions properly and what does not

It has marks and some discoloration on the metal on the two gauges.

Also the two tapes are mismatched bolth having breaks in the tape where it was previously spliced it breaks. I only included them so whoever gets this can start messing around with it. I think the really old tape is also a problem
