This power-knob provides the angler with an increased handle surface, perfect for cranking power, yet is soft to the touch and comfortable. This handle is not an ideal “casting” handle, so when aggressively casting with the oversized power handle, position the knob towards the bottom (spool is the “Top”) of the reel and you should all but eliminate any premature bail trip.
