In fact if you buy two flanges, add your own existing hardware and NAB hub (the black piece the tape winds onto) you've got a reel. These flanges are the same style as RTM reel flanges, and prior to that RMGI flanges, and will fit any NAB spec pancake as sold by ATR, RMGI, RTM, Quantegy, AMPEX, 3M, and so on.  You will need one hardware set (not included.) These flanges are from our last stock of Accrometal flanges, who are not making them anymore, but made the best flanges ever made.  The alloy they used, and the quality of workmanship on them has never been equaled.
