Since this is a custom made item which is crafted at the time of purchase, please allow us 4 business days to make the item prior to shipping.  We ship daily M-F and do not ship on weekends or holidays.  All items ship USPS with a tracking number for both our protection.  If you pay by e-check, your payment will not clear for 3-4 business days after you submit payment, it is not an instant transfer. 

You will receive an email informing you that your payment has been received/cleared and your item is shipping.
