This Fin Nor Ahab Size 12 reel is a versatile piece of equipment suitable for both freshwater and saltwater fishing. With a gear ratio of 4.6:1 and 5 ball bearings, it has a maximum drag of 65 lbs and can hold approximately 250 yards of 12# mono line or 500 yards of 65 lb braid. The reel features an enhanced oscillation system, level wind mechanism, and an anti-reverse function.
Made with rigid resin, anodized aluminum, stainless steel, and aluminum spool, this vintage reel is built to last. Its front over-sized sealed cork drag system can handle all species of fish. Measuring 5" in length, width, and height, it weighs only 2.2 lbs. This Fin Nor Ahab 12 also comes with features like near-shore, big game, surf, and off-shore functionalities.
