All orders are shipped out in one business day after the payment is cleared.

Same-day shipping is often the norm if your order came in before our daily shipping cut-off time, usually around 2pm Pacific, or 12pm for Saturdays.

Sometimes an item's tracking history appears as if it's stuck at a USPS hub for many days, or, the status remains "USPS AWAITS ITEM" as if we still haven't sent it out.
