This sale is for a round hose reel rack 19-1/2 inches in diameter and 10 inches deep I think this was used as a hose reel and may have been home made one bracket is broken off see photo 4 red paint is worn and has surface rust and a couple brackets have a bit of bending reel would make a nice piece of garden yard or fire fighting decor any questions just send me an email thank you
