The handle knob is an after-market item as is the gold shank. This is a custom-made handle that will fit perfectly on Garcia Mitchell reels including a 300, 300A, 308, 308A, 300 Pro , 330, 350, 400, 400A, 410, 410A, 408, 510, and it will probably fit on most 200 reels if a washer is used . The parts are excellent looking items that look together, they are meant to be together. This handle was made for the Garcia Mitchell 300-400 reels, including all of the reels listed below and probably many more in the 200 series. This Handle is in good working condition and will work as expected. I added a washer to the handle, some reels will need a washer and some will not, it just depends on how true the reel that you have operates. If your reel does not require a washer, you can save it for another reel or discard it.
