These rod holders are made from 3/8 galvanized steel and coated with a very durable plastisol coating .They will hold your rods at approx. 45 degree. Great for the big cats and also good for crappie.They are shipped complete with base and locking wing nut. Note ---They are no welded joints in my rod holders which makes them very strong.
