Note: This hand-wind empty power cord reel is for dry-location use only. Do not use under wet conditions, please keep away from water. The maximum current limit varies between 10A-15A depend on the cord gauge and length. Make sure the current doesn't exceed the max AMP limits. Recommend un-reeling the entire cord when connecting to high-power devices to prevent overheating.
15 AMP Circuit Breaker
This storage cord reel uses a 15A circuit breaker to suit different gauges of cords. The 15A circuit break will only trigger when the max current is over 15 AMP, but the max current limit of 16AWG and 14AWG cords may lower than 15 AMP. Find out the max current limitation according to the form below for different gauges of cables and make sure the current not exceed the max current limits.
Multifunctional Cable Management Clip
The metal cable clip at the bottom of the electrical cord organizer helps to reel the cable smoothly and allows for locking the cable once your cord is reeled up so it doesn’t swivel around when not in use.
4 AC Ground Outlets
A total of four 15 amp, overload protected electrical outlets offer a maximum 1875 watt power output. The 4 outlets make the extension cord roller versatile.
