You are bidding on the pictured Lot of 9 BASF Pre-Recorded 7" Reel-to-Reel Tapes in Hardshell Cases - 50's 60's Crooners. This used/estate item is being sold in the condition shown in the pictures. The labels indicated songs by Andy Williams, Ray Conniff, Herb Albert, Julie Andrews, Barbara Streisand, Perry Como to name a few.
Untested tapes. Labels indicate soloist & crooners music for most part. Recording speed 3-3/4 IPS. Recorded late 1960's-Early 70's. Boxed up since the late 1980's. I tried to show each reel with their labels. Labels match the case markings. These are recorded as two sided tapes. Only one sides labeling has been shown. Sides are noted as Red or green. Red/green lead has been added to each end of the tape.
These are untested and are being sold as is, as shown. My Reel to Reel player is currently a non-working frozen Marlux 407 that will shortly begin it's new career as a boat anchor... maybe. I need to cool down for a couple weeks before I make that final decision. You will receive exactly what is shown in the pictures.
