The no-twist design will keep your ID badge facing forward. Reels are approximately 1.25" in diameter and come with a 34" retractable cord. The design is covered with mylar for protection and wipes clean with a soft cloth. The stethoscope ID tag fits standard stethoscopes and does not fit the Littmann® Cardiology III stethoscopes or stethoscopes with thicker tubing or fit at the yoke.  Yoke tags are sold separately in the store.
