Best of all - E-bay allows us all to leave a much smaller footprint (using the resources of) the world we are leaving behind for the future of all living things. ===================== *regarding VHS (use & care) When a tape hasn’t been used in a while – it is good idea to fast-forward & rewind off-screen – but note that it should always be done on players – not independent rewind devices as these units usually go far too fast and often pull the leader off the spool and require repairing (re-inserting) – a tedious task and.    This should be done before using the tape to record-over or even just to view it.   *a special note* if you are watching the media recorded on these used tapes – in most cases,  you will find a “surprise” unlisted section of various items like Country videos – interesting programming such as Sixty Minutes,  20/20 or general items we thought interesting to use to fill the unused tape at ends of the listed titles on labels.  We referred to these surprise sections as “ secret rooms ” *we usually recorded at LP <4 hr> speed…. though there are some done at <2 hour> SP or <6 hour> SLP.   Our equipment units were top-rated performers.
