Akai x-360 Reel to Reel Local Pickup Only S.A.T.X. WORKS , READ Here a real nice looking Akai "Cross Firld Head" Reel to Reel. This model has a built in amp and speakers that work properly. The unit operates mechanically well in every function ( rewind, stop, start, fast forward.), however it has a Slower than normal playback...this means it needs a new drive belt or possibly a new Motor capacitor ( a hard value to find).Everything is in excellet shape- capstan, heads, pinch roller. There is an issue with the big pully to the left of the heads, it turns a little out of round, so I found another unit that has a new gear to mount on the mechanism inside.
