This Item Has Been Tested And It Works. It Does Come With 4 Recording Tapes And The Instructions. One Of The Tapes Does Have Music On It But The Other Three Are Blank. I Also Have An Empty Reel.
I Was Not Able To Test It With Headphones Since I Don't Have Any To Test It With.
When I Tested It The Loading Cam Would Not Move. It Would Play As Normal But It Just Wouldn't Move. After A Few Tries It Did Start Moving As It Should And Is Now Working. I Wanted To Note It In Case It Does Stop Again.
It Does Have Some Scratches Throughout. I've Highlighted Some In The Pictures But Not All Since I Am Limited On The Pictures. They Are Not That Bad And Only A Few.
I Will Be Requiring A Signature For Delivery By An Adult To Ensure Proper Delivery.
