Unit powers on. Tested by playing a tape and there was no sound from tape Both the headphone jack and the RCA line out both tested with no audio. VU meter does light up. Ffwd, rewind and pause all work. The VU meter needles move erratically when unit is powered on in a static state. See pics for cosmetic condition. Selling as parts/repair.
