ITEM DESCRIPTION Aircraft Seat Belt / Shoulder Harness Inertia Reel, beige color. Manufactured by American Safety. P/N 501580-401. Piper P/N 551-599. It was removed from a salvage aircraft. None of the items sold have been tested for functionality or operation unless stated otherwise.  Any description of an item is for the sole purpose of identifying the item.  accept returns on items sold "as is", on any manuals, or on any type of cut material, (fiberglass, leather, etc) or if an item case / housing (where it applies) has been opened or altered.

Items that qualify for returns must be returned within 14 days after receipt of item and

 be in the condition they were received.

Any refunds will be minus shipping and handling costs, and minus 15% of the final sale price for relisting / return processing / restocking fee.
