I verified with another tape that is branded identically that it is quadraphonic.
The first track called "Balancing Instructions" is a dead give away. That track has a narrator giving instructions to balance the four tracks.
Sold as a sealed NOS tape.
I opened another identical tape that I got in the same lot to verify and it was in perfect playing condition.
