1955 VINTAGE Mitchell 300 Spinning Reel with Serial Number 655985, on Frame - FRANCE Up for sale is a USED Garcia Mitchell 300 Vintage Spinning Reel in VERY GOOD MECHANICAL AND GOOD COSMETIC CONDITION. All parts function as they should. The reel casts and retrieves line properly, the anti-reverse lever works, the drag works well, the reel spins freely, the bale snaps shut, and the handle reels properly BUT DOES NOT fold down for storage. The spool has a period specific clicker that looks like a cloud. This is s great working reel with signs of wear. There are many wear spots and paint chips on the black parts of this reel including the frame, rotating head, leg, foot, by the lube port, and below the name.
