190593GS Chemical Injector Kit is the replacement soap injector kit for various models pumps manufactured by Briggs and Stratton, fits many other brands with FAIP Pumps and Himore Pumps, such as for Excell DeVilbiss, Troy Bilt, Husky, Campbell Hausfeld, Generac, Coleman Powermate, Ridgid, Task Force, Faip, Homelite, Brute, Duracraft, Simoniz, Simpson, John Deere, etc Features:
1) Pressure Washer Soap Syringe Kit is compatible with pumps 190593GS, 190635GS and 203640GS. (1/8'' -27 BSP male thread)
2) Remove the old fuel injector with a wrench. Remove any sticky or dry soap from the container. Make sure the rubber o-ring is on the injector as shown. Put the ball bearing in the injector, and then use the spring on the small end of the spring against the ball bearing. Insert the injector into the socket and use a 13mm wrench to tighten the injector. Do not overtighten or it will damage the o-rings or crack the white metal on the pump
3) If parts on your high pressure washer pump are worn, rusted, or clogged with hard water deposits, you can replace it with this set. This will make your high pressure washer pump smoother to use
4) How to replace: Follow soap hose to end and you'll find injector. Take off soap hose. Use wrench to remove old injector. Clean out any gunk or dried soap in receptacle. Make sure rubber o ring is on injector. Put ball bearing inside injector and then the spring with small end of spring against the ball bearing. Insert injector into receptacle and tighten injector with 13mm wrench. Don't overtighten, you'll break the o ring or crack white metal on pump
